just bought a refurbished pro-c3 with 1.2 ghz i5 and 4gb ram to replace my aging hp 7640 b. i have all the drivers & software installed. when i look for the printer configuration from the network, it doesn't show up. i know it's there because i have a wifi router in the same room and i can print to that just fine. i have restarted network services multiple times, as well as the printer, without results. when i print the command via the printer management software, it does appear on the computer, but when i try to add the printer from the computer, it doesn't show up in the list of printers on the computer. any suggestions
i have an r80 and trying to connect it to a wireless network. when i connect to the network, the printer connects fine, but its' not printing. i tried the steps in the manual to install the right drivers, but i'm still not printing. any ideas
