Snow Leopard is a version of Mac OS X that was released in 2009 and is no longer officially supported by Apple. However, some people still want to install it on their Intel or AMD PCs for various reasons. One way to do that is to use a custom DVD made by Hazard, which includes the retail 10.6 version of Snow Leopard and the 10.6.1 and 10.6.2 updates, as well as many fixes and drivers for different hardware configurations.

In this article, we will show you how to install Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 on your Intel or AMD PC using Hazard's DVD. Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
A PC with an Intel or AMD processor that supports SSE2 and SSE3 instructions.
A DVD drive and a blank DVD-R or DVD+R.
A USB flash drive with at least 8 GB of space.
A copy of Hazard's Snow_Leopard_10.6.1-10.6.2_SSE2_SSE3_Intel_AMD DVD image file, which you can download from various sources online.
A copy of TransMac, a software that allows you to create bootable USB drives from Mac OS X image files on Windows.
A backup of your important data, as installing Snow Leopard will erase your hard drive.
Once you have everything ready, follow these steps:
Burn the Hazard's DVD image file to a blank DVD using any burning software of your choice.
Insert the USB flash drive into your PC and run TransMac as administrator.
Right-click on the USB flash drive in TransMac and select "Restore with Disk Image".
Browse to the location of the Hazard's DVD image file and select it.
Click "OK" and wait for TransMac to create a bootable USB drive from the image file.
When TransMac is done, eject the USB flash drive and insert it into the PC where you want to install Snow Leopard.
Restart the PC and enter the BIOS setup by pressing the appropriate key (usually F2, F10, F12 or Del).
Change the boot order to boot from the USB flash drive first.
Save and exit the BIOS setup and wait for the PC to boot from the USB flash drive.
You should see a screen with a list of options. Select "Snow_Leopard_10.6.1-10.6.2_SSE2_SSE3_Intel_AMD" and press Enter.
You should see a screen with an Apple logo and a spinning wheel. Wait for it to load the installer.
When you see the welcome screen, select your language and click "Next".
On the top menu bar, click "Utilities" and select "Disk Utility".
Select your hard drive on the left pane and click "Erase" on the right pane.
Select "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" as the format and give your hard drive a name (e.g., Macintosh HD).
Click "Erase" and wait for Disk Utility to format your hard drive.
When Disk Utility is done, close it and return to the installer screen.
Select your hard drive as the destination for Snow Leopard installation and click "Next".
On the next screen, click "Customize" and select the options that match your hardware configuration and preferences. For example, you can choose different kernels, bootloaders, drivers, patches, etc. You can also deselect any languages or printer drivers that you don't need to save space.
Click "OK" and then click "Install" to start installing Snow Leopard on your hard drive.
Wait for the installation to finish, which may take some time depending on your hardware speed.
When the installation is done, click "Restart" to reboot your PC.
Congratulations! You have successfully installed Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 0efd9a6b88
